Customer Focus

The Management of this organization continuously ensures that the customers’ requirements are pre determined and met fully to enhance customer satisfaction. RES has woven all activities including QMS around the needs and expectations of their customers which includes parents, students and society around RES some other initiative in their directions are:
 

  • Remedial classes for students with special needs
  • Hostel facilities for the students
  • Preparatory classes for state and national level exams
  • Hobby classes during vacations
  • Prizes and rewards for students

QMS planning is the basis of the entire quality management system in order to meet the customer requirements QMS planning starts with the quality policy, quality policy and Quality objectives are communicated known and understood through out the organization through various media of internal communication

The following activities form the basis of the quality planning at RES 

  • Quality of education is ensure through identifying and understanding the students’ and parents’ needs through various sources.
  • Control of quality of education to students during various terms/semesters is exercised through annual teaching plans, daily log book in conformance to syllabus; preparing time-tables, monitoring the progress of syllabus coverage; development of competent teachers for conducting classes/ practical and examinations; evaluating the students from time to tome through class tests, quizzes, interim examinations and formal term end examinations.
  • Quality of education is planned and ensure through providing educational and teaching aids, overhead projectors, blackboards, comfortable sitting arrangements and proper lighting and ventilations and other infrastructure facilities.
  • Facilities of holistic development like sports, music, extra curricular activities and competitions and hobby classes etc
  • Corrective and preventive actions are taken to control the non conformances in the products, processes and quality management systems.
  • Management reviews / internal quality audits are conducted and structure document system exist for effective maintenance of quality management system.
  • Examination plans are received from affiliated Board; these are followed to evaluate the performance of the students, work instructions are given for various processes like teaching, admission and examination, industrial experiments, maintenance of equipments etc.
  • Need based training is provided to the teachers to keep them updated
 The output of the planning shall consider the following  
  • Any additional expertise or training required to meet the requirements of the students and customers
  • Any change in responsibilities required to be passed over from one person to another
  • Any additional resources required to attain the quality services to be provided
  • Any additional processes to be documented and recorded
